Wendell Williams is the proud Founder and Operator of Willie’s Home Improvement, a business he established in 2013 with a simple yet powerful vision: “No job is too big or too small.” Bringing his extensive expertise and exceptional customer interaction skills to the home improvement market, Wendell has built a reputation for excellence. With his charismatic smile and vibrant personality, he has served not only the local Tampa community but has also left a lasting impact throughout the state of Florida.

At the heart of his business is his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Wendell’s number one goal is embodied in his motto, “Customer First.” He thrives on challenges and is never afraid to take on tasks others might shy away from. His guiding principle, “You Touch It, You Own It,” ensures every project is followed through to completion with meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of perfection.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Wendell migrated to New Your City as a young adult, driven by a dream of owning his own business. In 2005, he met his wife, the beautiful Carinne Williams, and together they relocated to Tampa, Florida, in 2008. After several years of honing his craft in the handyman field, Wendell took a leap of faith, venturing out on his own to create Willie’s Home Improvement. Today, his thriving business consists of a dedicated team of 10 full-time employees and several trusted contractors. Wendell is not only a hard worker but also a passionate professional who genuinely loves what he does. He often says, “It’s my passion, and I love to see the smiles on customers’ faces.” This deep-seated passion drives his success and fuels his commitment to excellence in every project he undertakes.

Beyond his work, Wendell treasures his family. He is a devoted husband, father to his daughter Ayanna, and a doting grandfather to his granddaughter Taylor, whose presence lights up his life. A God-fearing man, Wendell dedicates much of his spare time to serving in various ministries. When he’s not working or serving his community, Wendell enjoys bowling, traveling the world with his wife, and spending time at his favorite store—Home Depot. His life and career are a testament to his faith, determination, and dedication to improving the lives of others, one home at a time.
